The leadership of such an effort must originate from the management. From the degree of management’s willingness of acceptance of its responsibility, the degrees of success of this program can be measured. It is generally admitted that most accidents could have been avoided with common sense, and attention to basic fundamental safety practices.

Prevention means less injury and less loss of life and property. The management has in mind that no phase of operation or administration should be more important than loss prevention. It is the strict policy of our company to provide and maintain safety, healthy working conditions and to follow operating policies that will protect all employees and property.

Awareness

To achieve the above mentioned goals it is very important to create awareness among employees about company’s safety policies and to train them to handle situations that may cause injury/damage. For this we are conducting a safety talk once a week, wherein we discuss the hazards in the work they do and the procedure to be followed to minimize the impact of such foreseeable hazards.

Analysis & Strategy

The management of our company is aware of their responsibilities for effective management of safety within the scope of the project and is convinced that any project can be performed safely with comprehensive planning, competent management and stringent supervision.

We also take or cause to be taken any additional measures under the direction of Company representative to prevent injury or death of any person, any damage or loss of property during the performance of our work.
